Dr. Jinwoo Lee is famous entrepreneur and has set out to pioneer In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) fields approach to global market by inventing Blood Glucose Monitoring System (BGMS), HbA1c, Hemoglobin meter and Point-of-care (POC) diagnostics systems.
He leaves his footprints in IVD technology especially in diabetes testing in last 20 years. From 1999, he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) Allmedicus Co., Ltd. to invent the first Korean BGMS by developing "Thin-Film Sputtered Gold Electrode" technology. From 2003, he founded Philosys Inc. and invented MultiCare as ODM with BSI from Italy. From 2005, he founded HUBIT Inc., where he lightened biosensor business era in Korean industry by spreading his experience and technology. In year 2010, HUBIT Inc. has been acquired by CERAGEM group and became CERAGEM MEDISYS Inc. and has been acquired again in 2015 by Green Cross group and became Green Cross Medis Inc. He has directed development of unique and novel IVD product and clinical evaluation to commercialize in global market successfully. In year 2016, he co-founded new high-tech venture company - DxGen Corp. to become global IVD company providing "Complete Diabetes Testing Solution". He is now focusing setup worldwide sales network while developing Glycated Albumin, Glycated Hemoglobin (HbA1c), 1,5-AG, Tuberculosis (TB) Antigen, and so on.
